Only the contact form collects data: type of work, format, project description, date or period, location, indicative budget, name, company, email and phone.

The Google Ads tag is present on this site to measure quote requests coming from campaigns, but it starts in denied mode: no advertising cookie is written until you accept the banner. While you decline, it only sends anonymous signals, with no identifier and no cookie. No other tracker is used — no audience measurement, no social network, no third-party ad network. You can change your choice at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page; cookies already set are then deleted.

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6.1.b).

Enquiries are sent by email through Resend (Resend Inc., United States, standard contractual clauses) and are read only by Kery Delmas. No data is sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Three years from the last exchange for enquiries that go no further, ten years for invoiced projects (accounting obligations).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. Write to kerydelmas@outlook.fr: requests are handled within 30 days.

If you disagree with how a request was handled, you can refer the matter to the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — cnil.fr).

The site is served over HTTPS only. The form is protected against automated submissions by a honeypot field and a limit of five enquiries per hour per IP address.
